Penang Curry Mee
Curry Mee is a dish that is unique to Malaysia and Singapore, usually made up
of thin yellow noodles or/and string thin mee-hoon (rice vermicelli) with spicy
curry soup, coconut milk, and a choice of dried tofu, cockles, prawns, chicken,
egg and mint leaves.
Even Curry Mee is popular dish found in many hawker centres and coffee shops.
However, what makes Penang Curry Mee special is a special chilli / sambal and
edible pig blood curd with mint leaves.
