e-Hailing Services / GRAB

The designated pick-up and drop-off point for e-hailing services, including GRAB, at Penang Sentral is located at the main entrance on Level 3, near Starbucks, Huawei, and Royaltea cafe. The entrance is accessible via a flyover.

As there is no specific GRAB pick-up point, passengers should meet their driver at the location provided in the app. After midnight, taxis are recommended as GRAB availability may be limited.

Ferries

The proximity of the Butterworth ferry terminal to Penang Sentral allows for seamless connectivity to the island of Penang. The ferry service enables passengers to travel across the Penang Strait and reach George Town, the capital city of Penang.
