e-Hailing Services / GRAB
The designated pick-up and drop-off point for e-hailing services, including
GRAB, at Penang Sentral is located at the main entrance on Level 3, near
Starbucks, Huawei, and Royaltea cafe. The entrance is accessible via a flyover.
As there is no specific GRAB pick-up point, passengers should meet their driver
at the location provided in the app. After midnight, taxis are recommended as
GRAB availability may be limited.
Trains
Penang Sentral is directly linked to the Malaysian railway network, serving as a
railway station for both the Electric Train Service (ETS) and Intercity trains.
