should definitely taste this before leaving Penang. It is a great gift to take
back from Penang Tau Sar Pneah, also known as Dragon Balls or Tambun Biscuits
are oven-backed biscuits rounds/balls of flaky pastry filled with a sweet or
savoury paste made from grounded green beans (tau sar). They also come in many
flavours such as pandan, but the traditional one is often considered the best.
